REFUND & SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. Custom orders or seasonal demand may extend processing times, but customers will be notified of any delays.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method. Standard delivery times range from 3-7 business days for domestic orders. For international orders, delivery times may vary from 10-21 business days depending on the destination and customs processes.

Important Notes About Shipping
 

Double-Check Shipping Details:
- Customers must ensure their shipping address is accurate before placing their order. – this cannot be changed when order has already been processed.
- ByHolisticlee will not issue refunds for items sent to the wrong address due to incorrect details provided by the customer.

 

Address Changes:
- Address changes cannot be made after the order is placed. If the address is incorrect, you will need to place a new order and contact us to cancel the original order within 24 hours.
 

Lost or Undelivered Packages:
- If your package is lost during shipping, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Refunds or replacements may be offered at our discretion. – Please allow 14 days after delivery time, to declare lost.
- No refunds will be given for lost/stolen items that have been declared delivered.

 

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.

 

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to select international locations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us to inquire about shipping availability.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. (please leave up to 10 days to declare missing)

 

Eligibility for Refunds

We strive to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. Due to the nature of bath salts and custom products, we do not accept returns. However, refunds or replacements may be issued for defective or damaged items.

 

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will review your claim and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

 

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, all sales of bath salts, custom items, and gift sets are final. These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.

Non Refundable Items

All bath, personal, and skincare products are final and non-refundable due to hygiene and safety concerns.

Refunds and Exchanges for Accessories

 

Refunds or exchanges are only available for accessories under the following conditions:

 

Return Authorization:
- Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Provide the order number, issue description, and photos (if applicable).


Condition of Return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Used or damaged items will not be eligible for a refund, even if returned.
 

Costs Covered by Customers:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
- A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

When Refunds or Exchanges Apply

 

-Damaged or Defective Items:
- If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must report it within 7 days of delivery, including photos and the order number.
- ByHolisticlee will cover shipping costs for replacements or issue a full refund.
 

Incorrect Items Sent:
- If the wrong item is sent, customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- We will replace the item or offer a refund, including shipping costs.

 

Order Cancellations and Modifications

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. We cannot guarantee cancellations once your order has been processed.

What Customers Need to Do:
- Prepare for Return:
- Pack items securely to prevent damage in transit.
- Use a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
 

Allow Processing Time:
- Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.

 

Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to reflect the credit in your account.

 

Lost or Stolen Items (Marked as Delivered)


We totally understand how frustrating it can be when your package shows as "Delivered," but it's not where you expected. Once the carrier marks an item as delivered, the responsibility shifts to them, and we can't take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Here’s what you can do:

 

  1. Check with neighbors or anyone else who might have received it for you.

  2. Contact the carrier directly to ask for more details on the delivery. They may have more information on where it was left.

  3. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

 

We’re here to help in any way we can, but please remember to keep your delivery location secure to avoid future issues.
