  • ByHolisticlee is a health and wellness brand that combines transdermal magnesium therapy with
    music therapy to help you heal yourself. Our magnesium bath salts are designed to be absorbed
    through the skin, replenishing magnesium levels in the body, while our curated playlists, available on
    Spotify and YouTube, provide emotional and mental support for every mood.

  • Magnesium bath salts help to increase magnesium levels in the body through the skin. This can help
    alleviate muscle tension, reduce stress, improve sleep quality, and support overall skin health.
     

    Regular use may also help relieve symptoms of magnesium deficiency, such as fatigue, muscle
    cramps, and anxiety.

  • To use our bath salts, entire contents of magnesium to a warm bath and soak for at least 20 minutes. If this is your first time using magnesium and you want to ease yourself in, use half of the magnesium content.

     

    For optimal results, we recommend using them as part of a relaxing self-care ritual, paired with one
    of our curated playlists to enhance your sensory experience.

  • We suggest using the bath salts 1-3 times a week for regular maintenance of magnesium levels. However, you can use them more frequently if you feel the need for additional relaxation or muscle recovery.  Speak to your doctor to check your magnesium levels, and they can recommend after dosages after testing you.

     

    We do have collections that are for once a week use, for those who are not usual bath takers.
